“Personale svogliato. Solo al check-in con due operatori ho atteso 20 minuti perchè Lei doveva “sistemare delle carte” e lui non era disponibile.
Alla colazione, 15 minuti di attesa per sedersi, entriamo e la sala era quasi vuota. Ho chiesto da bere, me ne sono andato a prendere in cucina. Ho chiesto del latte caldo per i bambini, sono andato a scaldarlo al microonde vicino alla reception. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di 17 $ a persona. Vergognosi. ”

We had a mishap with the only car key that we had and the maintenance man there went above and beyond to help us get a mobile locksmith! “We were here for a conference. This hotel is in a great area. The only problem was there were kids running up and down through the halls, knocking on doors while we were trying to rest.
It is very clean and the staff are very friendly. ”
