“The room was very clean and we liked that we could have service by not putting card on door or remain undisturbed simply by placing the card outside. We were even told if we did not want to be disturbed but needed fresh towels to just place them outside the door. Staff was always pleasant, a young man even helped dig our car out of the snowbank in the parking lot. This is service we grew up expecting but it is very rare to receive it anymore. Breakfast was great and I liked the 24 hour...

“Personale svogliato. Solo al check-in con due operatori ho atteso 20 minuti perchè Lei doveva “sistemare delle carte” e lui non era disponibile. Alla colazione, 15 minuti di attesa per sedersi, entriamo e la sala era quasi vuota. Ho chiesto da bere, me ne sono andato a prendere in cucina. Ho chiesto del latte caldo per i bambini, sono andato a scaldarlo al microonde vicino alla reception. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di 17 $ a persona. Vergognosi. ”
