“We left our room at 10AM the 3 rd day we were there and did not get our room serviced by housekeeping because they said we had our “Do not disturb” sign out, we did not! “The facility was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The staff was very helpful during our stay. One thing about customer service I didn't like was the fact that we arrived the premises at about 2:30pm and requested early check-in barely 30min earlier after a 6 hour flight from Boston into the burning heat of AZ, common courtesy was to allow us check-in early.
