Hotel a Pike Lake

“Front desk check was a breeze. Very friendly staff. Our king room was very clean! Breakfast was adequate, I liked the fact they had trays to take back to the room. Would stay there again.”

“It's an older property and I suspect they are a little lite on staff. Both times I came to the desk nobody was there. They did answer the house phone when I dialed the number shown at the desk and did come promptly to handle my check-in and out... The room was a bit spare - no carpet, but it was clean and everything worked fine... Parking was tight - maybe just me, I arrived after 10pm and I think there was exactly one parking space left both nights - so all good, but there are just enough...

“One desk worker was constantly in the lobby or out front speaking extremely loudly on the phone almost anytime I saw her. Because of how it’s built, it echoed even to upstairs. Hairs in tub, tissue box only had 2 tissues and room service only comes every 3 days. Only a couple of towels and not enough places to hang and re-use them.”

“The bedroom was clean, but our bathroom was gross! Hair all over in the shower and dirty! The toilet had been flushed and full of hair too. Was disappointing.”

“The hotel was very expensive yet the quality of the interior surroundings, beds and baths are only slightly above the quality of a super 8. The beds are very hard and don't appear to have been upgraded when the hotel was renovated. In additon, the person at the check in was curt and not very kind. All in all, the stay was not worth the price.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quite dated but clean. Refrigerator worked but it had to be held closed. There was no breakfast but the coffee in the lobby was good. There was no coffee makers in the rooms. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub. It wasn’t bad for a night or two. There were a couple restaurants right next to the motel but Iron ridge is a really small town so there isn’t much around there, including a breakfast restaurant. All in all, not a bad motel but probably wouldn’t...

“Hotel had a nice pool and hot tub. The room had left over items from prevoius gusests. I didnt like that.”

“Bed was the best part. Shower was quite good. Sadly the toilet was not solid to the floor. It made us feel it might fall over. Hope that can be remedied. The was nobody in the office to tell about the toilet.”
