“The room did have a slight bad smell when we first checked in, I did happen to have my own air fresheners, so I got that under control myself. I was not happy the way our breakfast was handled, other people were getting waited on and getting their food that sat down after we got there, I don’t understand what the problem was, got handed off to another waitress while still trying to get coffee and get our food ordered, only had one place setting of silverware on the table, and no sugar on the...

“The facility is clean and the service is wonderful. Our room had a double whirlpool tub that we enjoyed very much! We werent expecting it but it was just wonderful. The hotel is close to so many KC venues. The area is at the edge of downtown so its a mix of retail, industry, corporate, and some street people. But nothing unexpected in a downtown area. The small parking lot is enclosed but we saw no reason to be concerned. We felt safe and just truly enjoyed the people we met who work there. ”
