“Excellent ”

“If you book through expedia or other sites, make sure you provide your HHonors number at check in or they will refuse to print a receipt for you. I had to complain with the customer service twice before the hotel emailed the stay receipt via email. Something they refused to do at check out, because I did not book on their website. The hotel is a bit outdated, but staff is friendly and professional. The wifi is fast, if compared with other hampton inn, the gym is very good, rooms are spacious....

The property is close to Portsmouth’s downtown area and a hop over the bridge to Bristol. We had some of the best sleep we’ve had in years and felt very at home. “This was our first stay at The Loom since they changed hands. This is such a jewel of a hotel, we came just to have a night away (Staycation!) and met several other couples doing the same. The Loom is where industrial meets art. I don't need to say any more than that...the pictures tell the tale.”
