The resort was beautiful! The best part were the staff, very friendly and accommodating.
The room could use improvement. The door leading to the bathroom and shower was broken and we couldn’t open or close it, after staff fixed it, it only partially closed. The door to the toilet did not close fully either, leading to zero privacy if anyone needed to use the sink.
Another issue was the wait time for restaurants, you could not make reservations, and there was usually 1-2 hrs wait time, so it was almost impossible to see any of the shows if you wanted to eat at the restaurant because shows started around 8pm and restaurants opened around 5:30, if you did not come right at opening, you will most likely miss the show.
The other issue was access to the loungers at the pool and ocean, all were reserved by 9:30, we tried coming at 8:30 and could not find any, we had to lounge on the sand. About half the loungers were ‘reserved’ but always empty. I thought it was not fair especially since staff did not do anything about it.
The ocean was very nice and calm, you can reserve snorkeling mask and watch the fish.
Overall beautiful resort and amazing staff.
