“The property is truly beautiful, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly. However, the all-inclusive experience felt somewhat restricted due to the operating hours of the bars and restaurants. While there isn't any organized entertainment, you can certainly enjoy a great deal of peace and tranquility.”

“From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. They let me know about prices outside the stay rates beforehand, they helped me arrange a welcome bouquet for my girlfriend, arranged for us to have a grill dinner and took breakfast all the way to our kuchil ( that’s how you say space/home in mayan). “The resort was mostly quiet and not overly crowded while I was there, which I appreciated. However, they were very pushy about the Hyatt Unlimited Club even after being told no multiple times. It basically felt like being pressured into a prepaid timeshare presentation when most people are just trying to enjoy their vacation — especially while traveling with a toddler and in this economy.
I also felt like some amenities weren’t properly explained or met, such as the free bag and room service...
