Residence a Puerto Morelos

“Although we came in to contact with a few great workers at the property (Carmen at the coffee house and Dafne) the other workers that we reported things to that needed attention and fixed, were sub-par at best. Room not upgraded at check in (we understand it is based on availability) but hotel was not full and a member of staff when asked stated it occupancy was at only 43%. That wasn't an issue. We had no television for the four days we were there. The TV reception was very poor. It kept...

“Piacevole, tranquillo, pulito.

“I personally would not stay here again. I thought the rooms were outdated and the staff wasn't very helpful. I have vacationed in Mexico many times and I have stayed at way better resorts.”

“Áreas limpias personal servicial , buena ubicación albercas limpias”

“The most beautiful property I've ever stayed at. Immaculate views and amazing staff who helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to helping us get bike rentals delivered to the hotel. Mike at the front desk made us feel like family. The sunsets and sunrises coming in from the floor to ceiling windows were the nicest I've ever seen. Couldn't recommend more.”

“We were very impressed with the staff and the facilities, such as the bars and the day spa. We were less impressed with the food at the on-site restaurants. The resort seemed to present itself as a boutique facility, but it didn't measure up to that standard when it came to the kitchen. Both the food quality and taste were much lower than expected. At times almost without flavor. Without major changes to the food options, we'd likely stay at the hotel again, but not at the all-inclusive...

“Beautiful resort and just the perfect size. A very quick walk across the street to the beach which was actually quite nice. the rooftop pool lounge area was our favourite feature. the staff were all fabulous! absolutely loved our time here!”
