“Location, location, location!! Pat has a beautiful place right on the ocean. The place is very well-maintained and has absolutely everything. We were a family of 14 and were accommodated with everything we needed from beach towels, regular towels, bikes, beach, chairs, toys… There wasn’t one thing missing! Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful place.”

“The location was excellent. We were disappointed in the condition of the rental- broken sofa bed, broken microwave, missing slats from vertical blinds, dirty towel in bathroom, hand towels found in dryer, three dirty dishes found in cupboard.”

“We loved riding the bikes! There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, sand toys and a wagon for pulling everything you need to the beach. We enjoyed using the grill and sitting outside !The beds were comfortable and clean!The bathrooms were nice and clean as well.The family room was a nice gathering area and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking!”

“Overall I would say the location is very nice and close to the pier which was convenient . The house was located on the main roadway which I didn’t like and the parking listed says SUVs can fit and that was not accurate. The only car capable of parking in the spot provided has to be a compact/ small vehicle. The cleanliness wasn’t the greatest either but not horrible. Also wasn’t a huge fan of the check in process and getting charged additional money for my dogs to come. When I booked the place...
