“The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and the chairs in the room had stains on them from what looked like soda or alcohol.”

“The 24hr continental breakfast area was poorly stocked. The only things that were available were hard boiled eggs and I peanut butter cup and 2 bananas. Other than that the room was beautiful and clean. I would still recommend people to stay there”

“Everything was incredible! We hosted our Friendsgiving here and the property couldn’t have been more perfect. The house is gorgeous, spacious, and had everything we needed. The slide was a huge hit it and was everyone’s favorite part!The hosts were amazing to work with and made the entire experience so easy from start to finish. They were thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and happy.Highly recommend, we’d come back in a heartbeat!”

“Advertisement shows restaurant they do not have a restaurant only serve breakfast in the mornings. Also, there’s no bellhops or staff to help you with your luggage .. so you’re pretty much on your own. I called in the morning to ask if we could have help with luggage being that I had my handicap mom with me, they said we would have to go down get a cart and do it all ourselves that they had no one to help us…”

“The pool was dirty and cold. Disappointing since it was just emptied and refilled the day we got there. No one vacumned the bottom of the pool? Filthy! The hottub was cold too. The fire alarms went off on our first night at 4 am, 4:15 am and 5 am ... and then again on our 3rd night once. It appears the sensors are a bit touchy or they need to enforce where people smoke. The workers were nice; but, this place needs some attention from corporate!”
