“Overall our experience was great. We were initially supposed to stay on the side where the sunclub members are and were told those rooms were booked out so we were booked on the other side and said we’d receive a voucher for a couple nights free. We’ll be waiting on that since our trip just ended and we’re hoping the resort actually does this. We weren’t told all of the benefits.
