“The staff was super nice and accommodating! There were plenty of loungers for everyone, however the beach loungers seem to get taken up after a certain hour. Staff was great at the beach with serving cocktails. Restaurants were a little slow with the ordering but the good was very good and many options. Buffet food had a great variety and everything was good! The VIP Club drinks were always delicious! Convenient for morning coffee and snacks! Unfortunately the coffee machine kept breaking there...

“The room was spacious and clean. (Although the cleaning staff did attempt to steal my iphone charger)... The food was "average" except the Wok Restaurant, which was great! The grounds, the pool layouts, and the beach were so beautiful. The pool was too cold though.. Above all, the service was excellent! Always someone asking and watching for anything you might need. (Except the checkin process was exceptionally time consuming and not streamlined.)”
