People are rude, stupid and they kept me waiting 45 min at the airport without calling the driver for the shuttle bus (because -they justified- they had guests to check in!!!) crazy! Ah, 45 min at 11:00 pm!! Not in the morning. I had to take an Uber an pay 15 $ because the service was awful! Just awful! They didn’t even gave me - refund for the 15$ Uber! “I have nothing to complain about other than the pool being out during my stay and the pull out couch being uncomfortable. The breakfast was better than most hotels and the staff was courteous. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff didn’t steal any of my belongings. ”

“Our stay at Spark provided everything we were looking for. It was conveniently located. All areas of the hotel were exceptionally clean. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. To top it off, the price couldn’t be beat. We will definitely be staying at the Spark again and recommend it to anyone staying in the Lansing area. ”

“Clean facility, clean rooms, bedroom linens were spotless, bathroom and floors were all clean and smelled good, versus musty. I loved that the rooms are all equipped with it's own little kitchen suite, that was a bonus, although I wish we had use for it. Highly recommend for a quick overnight stay or longer!”
