“We did not enjoy our stay here and will never stay here again. Checking in, we asked for maid service daily which we did not get. Half way through the first day, we realised that said service did not happen so we called down to the front desk and asked again. On the second day after never receiving service, we asked for clean towels which they handed us and again asked for the room to be cleaned. It did happen after the second day. prenotato executive floor pagando 60 eur extra x lounge e terrazza che non esiste più da oltre un anno.
Prenotato con colazione che in realtà non c'e' ovvero viene dato un voucher da 24$ che non consente una colazione completa e nemmeno un caffè (6$ extra) quando ovunque negli US il caffè viene offerto.
