“All of the things that made this place special 7 years ago on our honeymoon (now under new ownership) are still present today. This is our favorite boutique, intimate resort in the area. The hospitality is unmatched anywhere else. The rooms are spacious and the remodeled bathrooms were a big plus. There are excellent food options for all 3 meals and no reservations are required. “We had a wonderful short stay at the Belmond Maroma to celebrate our engagement. The staff and their service were top notch. In particular, Emanuel took great care of us. The spa was wonderful for both treatments and some time in the hot/cold plunges, steam and sauna.
