“Great place just be careful at the pool the bottom surface of the pool is really rough in spots and caused me to cut my foot wide open! Ended up getting a bad infection and had to go to hospital when I got home! Staff and food/drinks amazing! Staff could be better trained at first aid, but other than that it was a perfect trip!”

“Everything was excellent, Bellboys Ismael & Ivan were the best ever! Had a butler assigned at the Platinum Club but the service was 2/10, she did not introduce herself properly, she was just taking us to the room walking ahead of us without making a conversation or offering the services, she did not gave me her WhatsApp Number until I found it myself at the club lounge, I’m a certified butler myself so I always analyze everything regarding on service & professionalism, concierge at the club...

“Sicuramente è un hotel molto economico. Le recensioni ci hanno fatto ben sperare...ma manca manutenzione alla struttura...un pochino di pulizia in più non sarebbe male. Però il prezzo è sicuramente molto interessante ”
