“Sono stato una settimana con la mia famiglia ed abbiamo passato una vacanza magnifica; la struttura è estremamente confortevole e curata nei più piccoli dettagli, il servizio è eccellente (al desk, in camera, nelle strutture comuni) ed il personale è estremamente cortese, disponibile e professionale.
La location è ottimale perché è al centro della Riviera Maya e in poco tempo si possono raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse situati lungo la costa.”
“Le stanze “tenda” sono molto piccole, buie e rumorose. Il servizio rimane discreto e la maggioranza dei camerieri è gentile. Il vero problema è che non controllano le stanze con le ordinazioni quindi, come è capitato a noi, se qualche ospite decide di mettere la sua cena da 5.000$ sulla tua stanza non puoi farci nulla. “I was at The Reef Coco beach with the all inclusive formula.
I found the resort very good.
The room had all necessary and the cleaning were daily.
I had no problems with air conditioning or security box, all was working.
The buffet restaurant was good, the dishes well done and there were different options.
No problems with drinks, with all inclusive I got all drinks, including cerveza, wine and cocktails.
The different bars were ok and cocktails good.
I got the beach towels from the hotel and...
“Friendly staff, nice big property with a lot of pools, even rooftop adults only ones. A lot of bars and great drinks. You never go hungry. Food was great and a lot of variety. Our room was really nice and got cleaned everyday. Property grounds are kept clean and plants trimmed. Golf carts are available for transportation. Pool bathrooms are kept real clean and stocked up with toiletries. ”
“If you are looking for the usual "big named" resort then pass your way: this one is for the discerning hedonist. A place of charm (bungalows and common areas, beach), love for the cute detail, subtle cuisine and personal friendliness and attention. "La nostra prima esperienza in un resort di lusso. Tutto è stato spettacolare: dalle camere sempre in ordine e pulite, ai servizi, ai diversi ristoranti, sia il principale a buffet con proposte sempre nuove tutti i giorni sia i ristoranti “a tema” come il sushi piuttosto che il ristorante brasiliano. I dipendenti sono stati sempre gentili ed efficienti aiutandoci con la prenotazione dei ristoranti e con il cambio dei contanti. Non vedo l’ora di tornare tra una decina di anni e vedere quali saranno i cambiamenti per renderlo sempre migliore!"

I've loved the room, but the bathroom smelled so bad. I've noticed the reception, but they would not change the room.
That's the only thing i have to complain.
The food wasn't good in the italian (not italian) restaurant and in the asiatic. I've loved the cafes and the buffet, i strongly suggest both.
The price-quality is perfect"
