“It was our 4th visit to Nickelodeon Riviera Maya. Our kids now 3 and 7 love it. This time we brought another family (friends) and they also enjoyed their stay with their kids.
Park is awesome, rooms are very nice and comfortable, staff is very helpful and the general ambiance is perfect for families with children.
Of course everything that is not included is overpriced but we just accept it.
I recommend Nickelodeon Riviera Maya to anyone with kids and who can afford it. It’s unique and...

“This was my first solo trip and this hotel made me feel safe, at ease, and relaxed. It's absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Not the loud noise that you hear in Cancun which i understand but it was the perfect getaway from the city life. Beautiful views, sunsets and sunrises... activities by the pool and the excursions are amazing. I was treated like a VIP guest and it was just little old me... highly recommend it ”

“I was at The Reef Coco beach with the all inclusive formula.
I found the resort very good.
The room had all necessary and the cleaning were daily.
I had no problems with air conditioning or security box, all was working.
The buffet restaurant was good, the dishes well done and there were different options.
No problems with drinks, with all inclusive I got all drinks, including cerveza, wine and cocktails.
The different bars were ok and cocktails good.

"Non posso che complimentarmi per la qualità di tutto a cominciare dal lobby e finire al intrattenimento con il simpatico Jonny. E stata un esperienza unica e meravigliosa in tutto e per tutti. L’unica pecca appena arrivata ho chiesto alla reception di darmi una camera a primo piano vista la situazione di mia mamma invalida che non può fare scale e l’unica risposta era la mettiamo in lista d’attesa nonostante io abbia già scritto a inizio agosto questa mia richiesta. Detto ciò dopo 3 giorni che ero già accomodata e avevo già disfatto le mie valigie mi viene chiesto se voglio cambiare la camera e gli ho risposto semplicemente non mi va di fare tutto da capo anche perché anche se distante prendevamo l’ascensore e alcune volte anche il bus visto che eravamo vicino alla stazione.
Noi eravamo al building michocan camera 8371 che era proprio di fronte alla stazione. Dal palace puoi usufruire di tutto nei dintorni dal buffet ai ristoranti e le piscine tranne il barcelo maya adult only. Posso raccomandare di andare a fare colazione o pranzo al buffet al Caribe e strepitoso."

"La nostra prima esperienza in un resort di lusso. Tutto è stato spettacolare: dalle camere sempre in ordine e pulite, ai servizi, ai diversi ristoranti, sia il principale a buffet con proposte sempre nuove tutti i giorni sia i ristoranti “a tema” come il sushi piuttosto che il ristorante brasiliano. I dipendenti sono stati sempre gentili ed efficienti aiutandoci con la prenotazione dei ristoranti e con il cambio dei contanti. Non vedo l’ora di tornare tra una decina di anni e vedere quali saranno i cambiamenti per renderlo sempre migliore!"

I've loved the room, but the bathroom smelled so bad. I've noticed the reception, but they would not change the room.
That's the only thing i have to complain.
The food wasn't good in the italian (not italian) restaurant and in the asiatic. I've loved the cafes and the buffet, i strongly suggest both.
