“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn, the staff were excellent, check in was fast and easy. They let me check in early and gave a late checkout. Much better than Holiday Inn’s in the U.K. Rooms were a good size, with a coffee machine and tv, water pressure was really good, and the clock had a usb port. So good I stayed an extra night. . Only thing that would be beneficial would be a mini fridge in the room, although the staff did find me a fridge. Highly recommended”

“Very nice and clean hotel. We stayed in the hotel from the 31st of March until the 2nd of April 18 as part of a trip of Mexico and Belize. Very good position, right next to an excellent italian restaurant ( Posada Margherita) hence if tired you can have a nice dinner without walking at all. Parking can be a bit of a pain in Tulum and this hotel offers free valet parking to its guests AND the possibility to rent bikes ( at a little extra). “If you are looking for the usual "big named" resort then pass your way: this one is for the discerning hedonist. A place of charm (bungalows and common areas, beach), love for the cute detail, subtle cuisine and personal friendliness and attention. We had a delightful 5-day stay - only the WiFi was out of tone (in the bungalow)”
