“We had a great stay. My kids loved all the pool options but their favorites were the lazy river and water slides. Some of the food was very good and some was just ok. Nobody in our group ever went hungry or left a meal without being full. My kids favorite thing was the rainbow drink. They drank them all day every day. The spa is amazing! “This resort has changed ownership since my prior two visits and unfortunately was not what I expected. They are into the hard sell for memberships which I had not experienced when Karisma owned the property. An hour turned into two and they acted like commission only car salesmen. “We liked the simplicity of the rooms; spa and service was truly amazing. Nice pools and beach club. Food was great. Neighbor St Regis access is great for dinner at Toro and walking just to see( we have stayed there before and it is awesome as well) Make sure that you have unobstructed view to the room TV or ask for a change.we did. “The room was hot and we couldn’t get the temperature below 73 degrees. There was only two restaurants open; since it is the slow season. We were told we didn’t need to make a reservation. Got to the Italian restaurant and was asked if we had a reservation; said no. Was told we could sit; but the service would be slow and to check out the steakhouse. Was asked the same question at the steakhouse but hit sat right away. Service and food was great.”

“The property is truly beautiful, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly. However, the all-inclusive experience felt somewhat restricted due to the operating hours of the bars and restaurants. While there isn't any organized entertainment, you can certainly enjoy a great deal of peace and tranquility.”
