“The room was old and unclean. It was lake front but had a door that didn't close properly instead of a sliding glass door like other lake front rooms. Shower was old with a shower head too short and the sink did not drain properly. The couch and carpet were filthy, base boards falling off the wall, and there was an old blood stain on the top blanket. We could hear people in the pool late at night through the wall and cigarette smokers beneath our room. I would not rebook.”

“I got checked in just fine. Staff was very helpful as I wanted the sheets changed when I arrived as both beds the sheets had round spots sporadically on them. The lady at the front desk had them changed immediately. I checked those and they were nice and clean. Later while being in the room found out the fireplace not working which I assumed they disconnected just would have liked to use it. I absolutely loved my view and enjoyed my balcony.
