“If you are looking for a pet friendly stay on Mackinac Island don’t go to Mission Point. There are no other places to stay which are pet friendly so you may want to stay off the island. We will NEVER stay at Mission Point again. We paid a premium to stay there with our small dog. AFTER we arrived we were given a form to sign stating we could not leave our dog alone in the room even to go to eat at the restaurant on the grounds or we would be charged an additional $250.
