Hotel a Royal Pines Estates

“The room wasn’t clean and it smells like smoke. The carpet in the hallway had paper and dirt that needed vacuuming. The bathroom floor was dirty and nothing had been wiped down. The breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant was very nice. That was my first and last time staying at this hotel. I should have just left, but I was too tired to drive. ”

“Room was overall clean, staff was very nice and friendly. Pool didn’t work but it was cold outside anyway. Tub faucet runs nonstop in room 200. Curtain didn’t cover the entire window to block others from peeking in as well as blocking out the sunlight the next morning. We stretched it the best we could. When we arrived back to the room a roach was crawling on the wall. Not many options in the area. Could use more updates for sure. Door key reader is old and rusty. They tried but it needs some...

“The property is not well maintained, cleanliness was not good at all. Furniture in rooms we had were stained and looked dirty, carpet was dirty granddaughter was crawling on floor and pants were nasty when she was done. My daughter n laws bathroom was dirty when checked in and asked for someone to clean it and they never came so she had to do it. I would not suggest staying there. The only good thing is the staff was very friendly and nice. ”

“Didn’t do the wake up call as requested. Assigned me to room that was already occupied. Also, despite black out blinds, room could not be darkened enough”

“Parking was easy - but parking lot was in terrible condition. Room was only borderline clean, beds were "gritty" in the sheets. Room was not fully stocked - ie not enough towels, only one bar of soap for two people, 40 watt light bulbs (so dark), no cups, etc. Breakfast was mostly cold cereal or biscuits and gummy gravy, only two types of juice (although dispenser had room for mote). Staff was mostly unfriendly and rude... Person who checked us in was Great! Following staff was terrible! ...

“This place is extremely run down and dirty. There were stains on the walls, sheets, and floors. The pictures looked like it was newly renovated. DON’T BE FOOLED. After we checked in and saw the room, we immediately left and booked a room elsewhere. I could not even imagine getting into the bed. I did not make a refundable reservation. So, I ended up wasting the money for the room. But it was worth the extra expense to not have to stay in such a seedy, disgusting, room.”

“When we attempted to join the internet, the box to require a password would not open. Eventually, the employee on reception duty, was able to connect both our iPads to the system. We stayed connected for the evening ,but the connection was lost after midnight. The remote for the TV was broken and would only work if held together by one hand. The Hotel had no spares. The batroom had only 2 bath towels, small in size and very thin. The overall impression was one of a hotel in financial...

“Roach motel. I saw and killed multiple roaches, no refund was considered by staff. Cm on towels, dirty floors, television didn’t work. Staff peaked into window (hands cupped around face, face to glass peaked) while I was inside. Not a good scene”
