Completamente rimodellato Splendido condominio fronte oceano!

Una comunità condominiale di prima classe "Five Star" immersa in un lussureggiante paesaggio tropicale. L'intero complesso è sorvegliato e recintato e ha una sicurezza di 24 ore.

Il nostro condominio si trova nell'edificio La Playa che prende il nome perché è il più vicino alla spiaggia e ha una vista incredibile sull'oceano da ogni finestra! Ci sono solo alcune unità selezionate proprio sulla spiaggia e La Playa 202 è una di queste. L'accesso all'unità non richiede alcun passaggio, tuttavia il balcone si trova al secondo piano per la massima privacy!

Guarda le balene che nuotano e goditi il suono delle onde che si infrangono dall'ampio balcone privato. Goditi l'alba e il tramonto sul "mare di Cortez" dal lusso di un condominio ben arredato e goditi i tramonti mozzafiato sulle montagne e sull'oceano sul lato sud del balcone.

La master suite dispone di un letto king-size europeo con bagno interno. La seconda camera per gli ospiti può ospitare comodamente due letti matrimoniali con il proprio bagno privato. Rilassatevi nel soggiorno con un centro di intrattenimento completo o gustate i pasti nella sala da pranzo.

Questa unità appartiene alla nostra famiglia e non è un'attività commerciale. Ne siamo molto orgogliosi e lo manteniamo immacolato. Abbiamo un personale di pulizia disponibile se si desidera servizi di pulizia durante il soggiorno a un costo aggiuntivo.

Il condominio si trova all'interno dell'esclusivo hotel Casa del Mar Golf and Spa Resort che è stato completamente rinnovato a metà novembre 2015. L'hotel resort offre un servizio completo di cibi e bevande presso la piscina principale, un ristorante in stile hacienda che serve colazione, pranzo e cena, un ristorante sulla spiaggia e un bar sportivo.

Accesso ai servizi dell'hotel tra cui spa, portineria, teli piscina, bar piscina e ristoranti dell'hotel disponibili per i nostri ospiti per una tariffa resort di $ 30 al giorno (per condominio non per ospite) pagata direttamente in hotel giorno per giorno.

Se non si desidera pagare la quota resort, si avrà comunque accesso gratuito a tutte le piscine del resort, sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni e campi da tennis. Il nostro condominio ha teli da mare che puoi portare in piscina o in spiaggia. Sentiti libero di farti una margarita in una delle nostre brocche di plastica e portarla nell'area della piscina!

This is a great place to stay! The location is perfect, situated about halfway between San Jose Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas so it's easy to get to either. However you might not want to leave the resort. The pools and grounds are all very well maintained and were perfect for our family of 5 that included a toddler and a couple of teenagers. The condo itself has to be one of the best ones in the place, while it's on the second floor it is essentially a walk up as you would have to go downstairs to get to the first floor units. It's an oceanfront unit with spectacular views of the water and the beach. Condo was well stocked with eveything you need to make meals at home, plenty of towels and beach toys for the kids etc. etc. Check in and check out were fast and easy! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Cabo!

What a beautiful place to stay for Thanksgiving week. Playa 202 was simply perfect and the location is the best. We watched whales outside on the deck every morning and had beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Amazing vacation!! Views from every room… even the shower! Beach nor pools are crowded & the food was delicious at restaurants & pool bar. Taxis on site quickly by request. Condo has everything you could possibly need & very comfortable. Resort is peaceful with absolutely gorgeous landscape! We will definitely book again!

Very nice clean and well maintained condo within a very nice well maintained complex. Great view from every room. Beautiful mature landscaping throughout the complex. We loved that we never needed the A/C because it had such good airflow and a very safe environment for opening all the doors and windows. The description of the property is very accurate. We will definitely rent this property again.

First of all, let me say that Natalie was a SUPER HOST! She was so welcoming and answered all of our questions! The condo was within a quiet resort and was well appointed. We had everything we needed and really appreciated having shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, laundry soap, napkins, paper towels and plenty of toilet paper. Lately when we’ve vacationed using VRBO, the units come with just a few starter supplies and you have to shop for refills mid week! The beds and furniture were all very comfortable, and the unit was spotless! Not a lot of clutter, but nicely decorated. The entire project was well maintained and looked beautiful. We watched the whales from afar EVERY DAY! The guys golfed three different courses, but be aware that the prices with cart averaged $325 per round! We ate out most evenings and dinner and drinks were also extremely costly. Cabo is definitely more expensive than it used to be! We have used VRBO many times, but never stayed at the same condo/home twice within the cities we have visited! We will definitely be back to Natalie’s place again when visiting Cabo. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!

We saw whales while hanging out on the full length porch and the sunrises were spectacular! The waves lulled us to sleep in the super comfortable beds. The space was perfect for our family of four - wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved staying at this unit. Everything was provided, and we had no trouble finding all the property amenities and local markets. The combination of comfy bed and ocean waves made for a very restful sleep. I highly recommend these accommodating owners and their highly desirable unit. Thank you!!

La Playa 202 was an unbelievably amazing property. From the moment we booked our family vacation, Natalie was super supportive with any questions we had. The property itself was everything as described but even better!!! Having several pools within the resort to chose from was great for our young children. The location between San Jose or San Lucas on the corridor was perfect! There was absolutely nothing we could have complained about. We are already planning on next trip!

My sisters and I loved our stay at Villa La Playa! Upon entering the condo we were immediately drawn to the view. Amazing! The condo is right on the beach. Felt very safe as it was a gated community and the condo is on the second floor. The condo itself was clean and it had all the amenities that we needed. We loved getting up in the morning in for beach walks and whale watching! We have spent the past 3 years going to Cabo, and this was definitely our favorite place we have stayed thus far! We will definitely return. Thank you Natalie and family!

This was our favorite VRBO of all time! The view was perfect and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio every afternoon and evening watching whales and mobula rays Some nights there were fireworks. The sleeping arrangements were perfect, the home was clean, and everything in order. We appreciated some of the little things left behind which made our stay even easier. The kitchen was really well stocked too. We love this location and will be back ASAP. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

We really enjoyed the property. I do wish the overall resort had more pools for my family (4 kids under 18). There was one that was not heated near the condo. The other was ~30 yards away. That being said, we absolutely loved the beach access, the staff were friendly, and the condo had everything we could need to make it a very enjoyable stay for our family of 6.

Natalie’s property was absolutely perfect for two couples (or even a third). It is RIGHT on the beach, near the hotel lobby, restaurants, and spa, and the staff is super friendly. The condo came with everything you could need and was incredibly comfortable. Natalie was lovely and so helpful, too, and even allowed for an early arrival for us. We will visit again!!!

As 20 plus year veterans of coming to Cabo and Casa Del Mar, we have never had such an amazing experience as we had with Natalie and the opportunity to stay in her beautiful condo. This Christmas our family group of 5 unfortunately booked at another resort (las Residencias) and upon arrival on Christmas Day were told it was not available…..yes we were very unhappy. We immediately started looking on VRBO and saw Natalie had a last minute cancelation. We inquired and she immediately responded (yes she responded on Christmas Day!!) We quickly booked and were in her pristine and ocean front condo by 2pm. Upon arrival at the ocean front condo only a few hours after booking, we were met with an immaculate, beautifully furnished ocean front condo, bottle of lovely wine, fully stocked kitchen, access to multiple pools, luxury linens, and on and on. Bottom line, if you ever need a beautiful and relaxing stay in Cabo, top quality accommodations and an owner that is over the top responsive, stay here. Natalie truly did save our family holiday vacation!!! We will be back!

After 6 stays at this lovely condo, the saying 'mi casa es su casa' certainly applies. All amenities for a comfortable stay are there - 3 large TVs linked to Netflix and major US news stations, fully equip kitchen, washer-dryer, second floor easy access, beautifully landscaped complex with Colonial architecture. The condo has the best location of all units at Casa del Mar - on the beach with views of both the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Along with the view, the sound of the ocean will lull you to sleep. We look forward to renting again from the owners who are very easy to work with. I'm sure you will enjoy your stay!

Want a stay with a true Mexican feel? Playa 202 in Casa del Mar is a gorgeous retreat from the bustle of Cabo and the Spring break crowd. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and serene sunsets as well as fun whale watching from the expansive beach front balcony . Tastefully appointed in a Mexican style , this condo has all the needed amenities for a comfortable stay. The complex hosts 7 pools and lots of paths to explore the beauty of the gorgeous landscaping . The resident community is welcoming and generous with recommendations for restaurants and shopping. After 5 stays in this lovely condo, we are looking forward to returning next year.
