“Very disappointed! I booked this hotel when I purchased concert tickets in December. I booked a suite with two queen beds. Printed it all out, wrapped it up and gave it to my sister for Christmas. She was so excited. With that being said she was beyond let down when we checked in April and her and her husband had to sleep on a urine stained mattress.
