“Never going back to this hotel again. Room was super dirty and smell like cigarettes. I had to change room.”

“The stay was horrible mold in the bathroom and along the window sill.There were stains on the shades and on the walls in the room there were crickets crawling on the shade and some where even dead on the floor .The toliet was stopped and the walk in shower was leaking water all on the floor .The covers were clean and the wash rags all looked dingy and not as clean .Never again will I ever rent a room from them again .Think twice before you book a room the hotel staff was accommodating and...

“Super friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than the normal check in time. The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. Free full breakfast and delicious hot coffee. My first time staying here but definitely won't be my last. I think this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Syracuse area. “It serves its purpose. One thing that was odd was that we were put in a room in a separate building—nobody else was staying in it. Great! Peace and quiet-we had to wake up at 3AM to catch our flight so that was perfect. Except that one other guest was there when we came back from diner…and they put him in the room right next to ours! I don’t know how many rooms were in the building--16?…20?—so why put us side by side so we can hear each other talking through the walls? He got in an argument...
