“Everything was awesome”

“Bed was very hard. Close a lot of loud traffic. Climate control very loud.”

“Unfortunately our room was located among several rooms with teenage and younger basketball players in York for a tournament. Their behavior was almost intolerable. Apparently they had no adult chaperones. Otherwise the hotel was satisfactory, and I would recommend it. ”

“Entire staff went beyond to be helpful, including shuttle service, breakfast and reception. Amazing hot full breakfast. The high standards show in every way.”

“Room clean and spacious. Bathroom also kept in good shape. Food left in mini fridge from last guest was only flaw”

“Wonderful. Extremely friendly and congenial front desk person. Hotel was spotless. Room was incredibly comfortable especially the beds. Everything was just really nice here. Would definitely recommend and will stay again. ”

“Breakfast was great. Real proteins were available. Bed was lumpy, uncomfortable and the sheets were coarse.”

“Tutto bene come sempre, purtroppo però il servizio di lavanderia è stato sospeso e ha creato un bel disagio. Altra pecca sono le porte delle stanze molto rumorose”

“If you'd like to stay next to a highway with a steady stream of big rigs going by from early in the morning until late at night, all using their air brakes to slow down for the roundabout, this is the place for you. Don't think about peace and quiet, there isn't any. This is an ancient building located in the center of traffic. It was a mistake to stay there. We don't recommend it for any reason unless you don't need sleep. Now, the antique nature of the building is "cute" but not practical....

“Overall good stay, unfortunately we were woken up at 5:30am by the front desk asking if we had a water overflowing- which scared my 8 year old and caused a rough start to the morning. ”

“Room was clean but the chair had stains all over it also no hand towels and only 2 towels for 2 people for 2 days. The towels were like using ruff sandpaper to dry off with they scratched your skin. But on the good end the bed and pillows were very comfortable.”
