Hotel a Shoreham

“I do not recommend staying here. Majority of the hotel has living residents. Place smells bad, they haven’t vacuumed or cleaned the carpets. People faded on drugs outside and in the hallways. Feel bad for the guy behind the counter residents yelling at him. He was very kind and helpful. The first room we got smelled so heavily of cigarettes we had him move us to another room. While in the new room, the television did not work. He came up and got it working. I would avoid this place.”

“Hotel advertised as a hotel with continental breakfast. Only has coffee and juice Room was clean but need major updates on property. Our room by windows floor was cracking and dent on floor. Other was good for sleeping hotel”

“Friendly staff, clean rooms. Would recommend a stay. My only “complaint “ would be that the breakfast area closes at nine, not being an early riser 10 would be nice instead. Coffee was freely available in the lobby though.”

“The staff was great, the only thing that could be better is the pool area. The pool room is tiny, not much seating and no hot tub. The pool temp was perfect. Even with that being said, we will be coming back for sure!”

“The check in went well and the staff member very helpful and polite. The main part of the room was decently clean, however the bathroom was not. Mildew on the tile grout in a significant portion of the shower walls, and the plastic striping at the outside of the shower separating. Bed was decently comfortable but the fitted sheets were not, and the bottom sheet would not stay in place.”

“The breakfast on Saturday morning was the best part of the whole stay. Great server great food and quite tasty ! The room was very clean but the internet was intermittent The TV was on and off every time it rained. Plus our room phone did not work at all.... Needs work. ✌”

“Hot water for tea was always lukewarm and all coffees were not hot, only warm. No microwave in rooms. Otherwise everything was great.”

“There was an inconsiderate person above us that would stomp at very late times or very early in the morning. They would finally stop and then would start up again as soon as you'd get back to sleep. I guess you have to request to be on the third floor.”

“Upon checkin the front desk gal charged me $50 more than my Expedia reservation, when I asked why, she stated the room rates where $269 a night, I said don't you have to honor the Expedia rate, and at first she acted like no, then when I showed her the reservation, she then changed her tune and stated it was a $25 security deposit per night, that would go towards my $75 pet fee. Unbelievable. The washcloths and hand towels are hidden in a drawer that I couldn't see until we where getting...

“Checking in was fast and easy. No issues. The room (Handicap Accessible) was not good..Water didn't work in the sink, ice bucket was filthy, bed was terribly uncomfortable-(could feel the springs in the mattress)hair left on the bathroom floor, toilet seat loose, hand held shower head was Filthy, no drain stop for tub, breakfast "buffet" was a regular complimentary breakfast with rubbery fried eggs and cheap sausage links added, and as I was walking up to the desk to check out-with my registered...

“Rooms were nice, the golf course view is kind of a stretch, you can see one hole, past the parking lot and train tracks. The harbor view was ok, but the rock piles kind of take away from that also. The tiki bar was nice, and the complimentary water, but the drinks were on the expensive side, small, and very watered down. The Plank was the highlight of the property, great service and good food. Overall I would give it a 6 out of 10.”

“Very drama free stay, near lots of food options and the highway, no complaints. I had a wifi issue that was on my end, but the front desk was very helpful in their attempts to resolve it.”

“Room was quiet, bed was comfortable, check in was quick. There was a hole in the ceiling above the shower like something was falling through from up above, but the price reflected imperfection, and that was the only imperfection I noticed. I’d stay there again. It was good for the price.”
