“We had a great stay at this Hampton Inn! It was clean, quiet and convenient to Medina/Fairlawn. We particularly enjoyed lounging by the pool (there isn’t a hot tub) and having access to tea/coffee all day. The upgrade to a king suite was worth the price for us.”

“The property and rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only “negatives” I have was that is no light over the desk, nor a lamp. I had to work remotely during my stay, so that was a bit of an issue. There was no microwave in the room either, which I am use too. Additionally, there were no “guest” ice machines to be used. “All of the staff from the front desk to the housekeepers wete very accommodating to my family. I grew up in the next town o er but have lived out of state for 14.5 years. I have stayed at this property close to 20 times in the last 8 years of me visiting. I have come to know those who work there as well as they have come to know myself and my little family over the years. I will continue to choose this hotel over amd over again.”

“The property is within walking distance of a number of food places so that's a plus. Also has a shopping area close by. Property is nice and clean. The breakfast biscuits were chef's kiss. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We left for the airport around 2 a.m. and we were met with a smile and bubbly personality at the Front Desk.”

“The best hotel stay I've had in a long while. Went with my husband and toddler. It seemed like we were upgraded to a suite because the room was very spacious and clean and stocked with lots of soap in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well. Breakfast was fantastic. The only issue we had was the shower door would not stay closed- it kept rolling open so we had to shove a towel in the corner. There's also an amazing playground 4 miles down the road! I will be staying...

“The property was close to where I wanted to go. one of two elevators did not work. the desk staff was only one person at check in time. The lady in front of me needed 5 rooms, one at a time. They then used all of the luggage carts (there were only 4. I was told breakfast went till 10L30, they close it at 913 on week days. The desk staff did not know directions to area restuarants (Cru Corkage) Serious construction on access roads. Barbara was very helpful”

“I reserved a double queen bed room with extra square feet of room. We arrived an hour eary for the 3 oclock check-in and the room was understandably not ready so we waited until 3 oclock for the stated check-in time. The room still not ready. They did try to accomadate us with a room that was smaller, but was not what we reserved. Rooms are so small these days so we elected to wait. Checked back a couple of more times and it wasnt until 3:45 that the desk finally checked to see why the room...
