“Location was great, near theaters, shopping, etc. Don't plan to arrive early and leave luggage because the building is locked with a key so you can't go in. The building next door has trash around the entrance. The apartment is clean and bright, lots of windows and all appliances. The tub/shower is a problem because it is a high step-in. You have to step over the front edge of the tub which is a full 25 inches high. Getting out of the tub/shower when you are wet means standing on one foot,...

“Location is perfect. Under the Doormat super responsive and made check/ in etc super easy. The receptionist who was present during the daytime hours was very nice and helpful. Apartment is relatively spacious for a 1 bedroom with high ceilings and old London charm. The layout is a bit strange however; refrigerator adjacent to the kitchen in the living room and the bathroom sink can only be accessed when the bathroom door is closed. “Loved this apartment! I stayed with my elderly parents (80yo) and my 16 year old daughter. It was a perfect combination of bedrooms and common space for everyone to be happy. The kitchen was comfortable and large enough for cooking small meals. The location was easy assess to many tourist sites, broadway shows, restaurants. We would definitely stay again here if staying in London for first time visitors.”

“Very nice flat in an incredible location. We loved the neighborhood as we walked almost everywhere. Centrally located. Grocery and restaurants very close by. The bed was comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. The patio space was great to unwind at the end of the day.Carlos was very quick to respond and provided great videos for check in and operation of the somewhat quirky lighting system and laundry.We would stay here again.”
