“Excellent location. Walkable to several restaurants and shopping. Easy access and easy parking. Nice layout and prompt reply to questions we had about the unit. We used the gym and it was a nice bonus. Having a washer and dryer came in handy after hiking camelback mountain and the utv excursion. Clean place with all the thinfs we needed/wanted. ”

“Overall, I would recommend this vrbo. We were a bit disappointed that there weren’t separate towels for the pool. Also, there was no shampoo or hand soap in one of the bathrooms. Host communication was prompt and everything was clean. Jumping between the vrbo app and the guidebook was a bit complicated, as it would have been easier if all of the information was in one place. ”

“The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room were clean. We got there about an hour after the check in time. However, when we arrived that’s when the people who clean the place had just arrived. We waited an additional 20 minutes for them to clean the place. Everything went well. The place was humid upon arriving and stayed that way during our stay. Communication with the host was excellent and they were able to bring extra towels for our stay. Overall, it was a great stay.”

“I won’t stay again…The check in process was insane, I had completed the online check in, paid the cleaning fee, the security deposit etc. Waited on site for the code to access the property. Since nobody was responding and it was nearly 4pm, I rang the Ring doorbell to see if I could communicate through that with Vince. When a property says “contactless entry” imagine my surprise as a random guy opens the door! Then he motions me to come in, I’m like what yeah no, I’m good. I went back to my car...

“I rented this place for 2 months before checking in they texted about early entry and if I wanted I could go in at 12 instead of 3 for a fee of 30.00. Ok 30 is nothing but I just rented this place for 15,000 and you want to nickel dime me. Then you wanted access to change a filter in the middle of my stay no problem but you could have asked if there was anything we needed or had questions about. ”
