Hotel a South Vienna

“Walls in bathroom needed repairs. Door didn't lock going into the room.”

“The second floor is in need of washroom overhaul. I have stayed on the first floor before so I know the hotel is good, but the second floor washrooms were gross so now that I know that I might not book on expedia again so that I can make a request for the first floor. The best part of this hotel is the pool which is very well maintained and beautiful.”

“This was our first stay at this hotel. We frequent the Clark County Fairgrounds flea market every May and September in the area. The hotel was very clean and quiet. It's in a nice area. The room and hotel was very clean. The continental breakfast was good. Limited selections like other hotels. They had hot food every morning. Excellent lobby coffee! We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.”

“Good hotel, but you can tell it is an old property compared to the other options at this exit. Met our needs for an overnight trip but nothing else. Stairs super squeaky, like the floor below the carpet was about to crumble. Back door had a rock propping it open every time we came down the stairs, so our safety at times felt questionable. Probably won’t ever go here again. Worth the extra money to stay somewhere else.”

“Very disappointed in the condition of the room. It wasn’t as clean as I expected. There was one ice machine for three floors, and it was broken so the staff tried to compensate with bags of ice if needed. These days no frills is expected but this was beyond. They charged us two different type of fees plus $4.72 per day to park. This was not expected from an Expedia booking. They had decent fresh food for breakfast nothing fancy but adequate with good hit coffee. There was a pool but again you...

“This is an incredibly nice hotel with lots of interesting artifacts on display, an excellent conference room, nice continental breakfast, and very comfortable and spacious rooms. There are no elevators but there are only 2 floors. This may influence your decision whether to stay here if stairs are a problem for you. The staff members are articulate, very friendly and helpful. There is a local college at which many of the staff attend when not working at the hotel. The hotel offers snacks...

“Great place to stay, right next to I-70. The staff was friendly and helpfu. Adequate breakfast, the breakfast matron was very helpful.”

“Front desk was unhelpful and unfriendly. Had loud people in the hallway late at night that wouldn’t stop talking and yelling.”

“Front desk could have cared less about helping you. Morning person didn’t even attempt to help solve a problem for us. We had to wait 30 to get a cart to carry our luggage down because at 6 in the morning none were available. My husband is handicap and unable to carry our bags. She would not even get up from her chair to talk to me when I asked her for help Gentleman working kitchen said he would help me as soon as he completed some work that had to be done.
