“We loved the location right above Jo’s on 2nd St.! The apartment was very spacious and had a great view from the balcony. The property is right in the mix for downtown Austin, within easy walking distance for just about any activity. We had one problem, which is the TV in the living area wouldn’t connect to wifi, which meant you couldn’t watch anything. The bedroom TV worked great, and we weren’t there to watch tv anyway. “I was surprised that my Kasa stay worked so well. The phone number was almost always answered by a person who was well trained and had all the information on our contact and common to date. They are also great with text communication. Special note: The instructions need to be read thoroughly before you arrive otherwise things will get very confusing very fast.
