“Overall our stay was great! The house is HUGE and there was plenty of common area space for fun times! We had 2 incidents: One area near the garage reeked (like something died in the walls) and we couldn’t use that adjacent bedroom. And the upstairs air conditioner stopped working! BUT… The communication with the property mgr/owner was fantastic and prompt! They had someone come out to fix the AC and investigate the smell! Turns out the cleaning staff left a bag of Chinese food on the garage...

“Beautiful home conveniently located near the clubhouse and community pool. The house is tidy, clean, and well-maintained with comfortable beds. The backyard pool area faces a somewhat busy road, resulting in occasional noise, which is the only minor drawback I can think of. Communication with the friendly owner was smooth and prompt. While Terra Verde Resort is a bit older, it's well-kept. Surprisingly, it was quite peaceful during our stay; we often found ourselves the only ones by the pool....

“House was great! Family room for adults, family room for the kids, amazing game room that the kids lived in when we were in the house, plus the private pool! Bedrooms were amazing for adults and totally “Disney” for the kids! The club was amazing too and we spent full days there in the lazy River! We had a few questions and Bruno responded to all!
