“The flooring is damaged, there was a fan in the hallway on the floor, the wifi was down, and the light fixtures had some kind rusty wear and tear on it. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The night clerk was very hospitable. I did get a message the weekend before saying they had wifi problems but hoped it would be restored by the time I arrived. It wasn’t.”

“Could be so much better. Definitely disappointed... photos on website were when it was brand new. Now it's not like the photos at all...pool... cloudy, thick stains that need to be scrubbed. A brownish black film lining the whole pool. All around the whole water line. Signage filthy, carpets never cleaned in rooms, hotel halls and walkways.. grayish brown color over the original carpet color. Dusty rooms. Thick dust around side tables, lamps, floor next to bed... smells like feet in the room,...
