“Room was ok but entire facility could be remodeled and updated. The tub in our room was clogged; reported it the first morning and was told a maintenance worker would show up while we were out; came back after being out the whole day to find the tub was still clogged. Reported it at 11 p.m. and they sent someone out close to midnight. Ended up having to switch to another room that was not equivalent to what we paid for.
