“Property was clean and check in process at alternate location was quick and easy! Stayed on the fifth floor on the end. Balcony was amazing with sun around the clock and beautiful views! Easy walk to the beach. This unit seemed recently redone which was nice. Towels and sheets must’ve just come from the packaging. Didn’t utilize the pool due to weather we had but many did. Convenient parking onsite. ”

“We really enjoy our stay. Kathy and Eddie were so kind. We had everything we need to be just relax during our weekend. The beach is just across the street and the owners offer the beach chairs, towels, umbrellas etc. A lot the places to eat and enjoy drinks around the area. We also had a barbecue using the grill the property has. I could recommend everyone Madeira beach and specialty this property.”

“Antoni is wonderful. Our room was great with a view of the pool. I love the cabanas by the pool and the dock in back where I relaxed every morning to read and drink my coffee. The beach is a short walk probably about 3 blocks to the sand. Liquor store pizza market and surf shop all a block away. Definitely walkable. Even after checkout you can use the pool and parking. Will stay again”

“Cute, clean little gem of a place, perfect location. Right in the heart of St John’s pass behind the shops, but so quiet you wouldn’t even know it. Nice outdoor seating area in back, right on the water. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked like it had everything needed, with nice new renovation. Walk to beach access across the main road, walk to all the shops and marina of John’s Pass, while everyone else fights over the pay parking spaces. Towels and beach chairs provided. Assigned...

“Parking was easy and pool was clean. View of the water and the boat docks were beautiful. The public beach and area restaurants were walkable. The condo was very clean and spacious. There were beach toys for the children. The washer and dryer were there for use and came in handy. Bring your supplies and you will feel right at home! Thank you for sharing your happy place!!!”
