“Had a toilet that didn’t flush every time, had to remove tank lid and jiggle the float system to get water refilled. Also the pillows were not very good, and the shower water pressure was consistently low. Everything else was great!”

“The staff was amazing here, but the actual accommodations were not good. The location is fine. Our first room smelled like smoke. The second room was better. The television didn't work and on our second night there, we were woken up by what sounded like a massive yard blower. We have no idea what it was. We were afraid to leave the hotel. “The breakfast was the best I've had, much better than just fruit and cereal bars to go. This was full plates, warm food, eggs, cereal, oatmeal, juice, fruit, yogurt etc. Very friendly staff helping with the buffet style setup. They were always friendly when I needed change for the laundry facilities. Nothing ever seemed to be a bother. I even extended my stay and the person helping me was so nice and gave me clear instructions on how to rebook and keep the same room to avoid moving all our...

“Had a 2 night stay booked but only stayed one. The pool was by appointment only due to a dance competition at the hotel. We, myself and 2 kids, were notified on check in and subsequently told that it was all booked until Sunday afternoon. This was part of the reason for us staying here and normally would just adjust but when I asked a couple questions the person I was dealing with was rude and dismissive. I asked to be refunded for the second night and we would check out. Crickets. No response...

“Location was perfect for a conference we attended in Lowell. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was friendly and was able to fix a shower handle problem promptly. Property was clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and amenities were good. A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay. “The room was immaculate. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The refrigerator and microwave were clean and worked well. The bathroom was very modern and there were plenty of towels for two. The staff were friendly and offered advice for restaurants in the vicinity. Would highly recommend for both temporary and longer stays. Great location.”
