“It's not really the owner's fault at all but the place is built on a rather treacherous bit of mountainside in the Shenandoah. The website doesn't really give much warning about this and there isn't any sort of guardrails. There is a hell of a 'pucker factor' getting to and from the location as it's just one lane. But once you get there- My GOSH! So beautiful-- so inviting.. and so, so so sooo cozy! Makes it all worthwhile!! As I said before, unless a millionaire wants to donate $$$$$$...

“We pulled in at 5pm and were promptly greeted by Bill (Judie's husband). He checked us in and gave us a brief tour of the building and the farm. Our room was spacious and well appointed, and the bathroom with the slipper claw foot tub was very nice. It was modern but maintained much of the character we appreciate. “People were absolutely awesome at the Good Place B&B. I felt so welcomed during my entire stay, from checking in to check in out and every breakfast in between, which were great and delicious by the way. A great place to spend a few days away in nature, but a close drive to many historic locations and natural attractions in the area.
