“This hotel is absolutely disgusting and the worst I’ve ever seen. The place looks old, and the smell of cigars and weed was overwhelming. As soon as we walked in, we saw homeless people sitting in the front entrance with their dirty socks on the floor. The door handle of our room was broken and wouldn’t budge open. We had to leave immediately and go to a new hotel because it was absolutely unbearable. I’m expecting a full refund.”
