Hotel a Sud

“All was great except the night desk man. He was rude, sarcastic, and wanted to argue about a shower chair. Instead of offering to help with my request, he just made excuses. Of course this was not the way an attendant should treat a guest. There are many other hotel choices and I will definitely consider others because of his sarcasm and rudeness.”

“Despite renovations rooms were dated and not very clean. Air conditioning did not work well, could not get below 74 despite being set at 60. Trickling water pressure. Told front desk staff but could not be fixed.”

“The rooms were very clean as were the public areas. Lots of parking. The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.”

“Check in was slow, there were lots of people hanging around outside smoking weed, the room door didn’t close completely so you had to lock it just to keep it closed and the bathroom had used towels and wash clothes hanging in the bathroom.”

“For starters, they asked me for a $50 deposit when it’s not even on the site so I did it and when I checked out, they gave me a refund for 4750 on my debit card when I checked my account was on there when I went back today, they took it.
