“The staff was very nice and accommodating when our room keys didn’t work. However, the facility wasn’t very clean. Our room was not cleaned well prior to our arrival because there were hairs in the shower and behind the faucet. Our feet were black from the dirty floor. We were visiting our son who recently moved there so we probably won’t choose this hotel for our next trip.”

“I left my iPhone charger plugged in right next to the bed, and went out for the day. Came back later to a perfectly cleaned room, a freshly made bed… and a charger that had apparently moved out and started a new life. Front desk: ‘No one was in your room.’ Me: ‘So I cleaned it myself??’ So just to confirm: housekeeping is invisible, and my charger is gone. 10/10 magic trick. Would love my $40 back though - must buy a new charger base and cord. Anyway if anyone finds an iPhone charger living its...
