Motel a Sureste de Cincinnati

“Staff was friendly. Check-in process was smooth. I was in town for a couple of days for job training. I did not have time to inspect the room after checking in as I had to leave for training shortly after. I booked a non-smoking room, but upon entering, the room smelled like it has been used as a smoking room. Why does a non-smoking room have a comforter that has cigarette burn holes... Overall, the linen was not clean. Both units to the right and left of me had guests who were smoking......

“I checked in at 7:30 which was considered after hours so the door was locked. I had to call to find someone to help me. The elderly lady came to the door after a while but struggled to get it unlocked. I told her I was checking in and she kept asking me what room I was in. Finally I saw 2 keys on the counter with my name and explained I believed those were for me. I had reserved 2 rooms. The 1st room had a broken flusher on the toilet. “Good little hotel close to many places I visited.”

“The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom.”
