“Not impressed. After I booked 2 rooms 3 months in advance, I called the hotel to request the 2 rooms be in a specific building and together on the same floor. When we got to the hotel, they had no notes of my previous conversation with the Abbey associate. Neither room was in the building I requested, nor were they near eachother. “Overall had a fantastic experience for a sister’s weekend! Would however like more detailed information on getting around the resort as we often left early to try and find where we were going.”

“This is a nice hotel, and this was our third visit to the hotel. However, we planned the stay based solely on using the outdoor pool, and didn't realize the hotel sells passes to people who are not staying at the resort. The pool was crowded. There was only one bartender to make drinks for everyone but there were probably 8 servers who were standing around waiting for drinks to be made. It ruined the vibe we were hoping for.”
