Hotel a Swansea

“The hotel feels new. The staff were pleasant and eager to help. The location is easy to get to right off of the highway and there are plenty of restaurants around.”

“Bed was clean and comfortable, wifi didn’t work and was supposed to be reset, still didn’t work. Bathroom was tired looking.”

“The room was clean and nice. Breakfast here has changed a lot. In my opinion it comes off cheap like a super 8 breakfast. The staff was nice. I do enjoy the 12:00 check out time.”

“The staff were very accommodating. We had the wrong room initially but the staff were quick to correct the mistake. The breakfast buffet was also great. The lady that prepared the buffet was so very polite. The room was very clean along with the whole facility. Our only issue was with the threshold going into the room. It was too high making it difficult to maneuver, with a wheelchair or Rollator.”

“Very friendly staff and cleaning staff. The bed was really comfortable. Hot water was luke warm. The toilet struggled to flush.”

“Ray at the front desk was great - very pleasant and helpful. Buffet breakfast choices were great. The lady putting the food out was helpful in answering my question. The rooms had hardwood floors so I could hear the activity/movements in the room above us. We were there for the weekend and I was disappointed that my dirty towels had not been picked up and new ones had not be issued, nor were the trashcans emptied. Ray did give me clean towels upon request though.”

“My stay was very comfortable and I was able to relax and enjoy myself. Everyone was very helpful and the property is very clean. Rooms are very nice and clean. Food was good . The eggs could be scrambled instead of frozen round eggs. But I will be visiting again😊”
