“This property serve breakfast in the morning. It was the same breakfast eggs hard boiled dried up sausage cereal. They never changed the menu couple times the coffee was ice cold I don’t like waffles so I was very disappointed that I did not get a good hearty breakfast”

“This is an overnight stop stay for a road trip and not much more. Room was straightened, but not clean. There was dirt dust on the hair dryer and shower shelving. Granted i got a smoking room so that i could have a cigar in peace. So maybe its the smoking rooms that arent as clean, but it wasnt the nicest place Ive stayed, even for a stopover stay. Staff was friendly overall, but based on the online reviews i was expecting more.”

“Excellent experience. Although they allow pets in every room (my husband has severe allergies), the staff were extremely helpful in locating a room for us that had not had any pets in months. Very nice stay.”

“We got to the hotel around 1am after a long road trip with my toddler. The man working at the front desk (I wish I had gotten his name) made me feel so welcome, he was so kind and courteous. I really appreciated his wonderful customer service. Thank you! And the bed was super cozy! ”

“Forget about tbe breakfast, you do not want to eat here. Roaches and bedbugs in the room. As soon as we noticed I requested a refund from the property owner. He didn't bat an eye and refunded our money. ”

“Super clean and sleek. New property in buch was nice. Valet parking great pizza and drinks. Lots of thoughtful touches like a night light under the bed when you get up at night. Kudos for design. Only issues I had was frosted windows in our room. 206 so no view outside. Otherwise outstanding. ”

“I arrived around 8/00 on Friday night. I struggled to get to my room. I had requested a handicapped bath. It is several rooms away from the elevator. When I got to my room I had changed my clothes and discovered there was no soap bars or body wash. On Saturday I told the front desk about it and she g a ve me 6 bars of soap, 3 bottles of shampoo and 3 bottles of hair conditioner. I requested body wash but as never given any. On Sunday night I reported this to desk. On Monday morning at checkout I...

“We were assigned to an accessible room which we were not keen on. Hotel is a bit tired and in need of an update. Breakfast was fine. Front desk said because we booked third party and the hotel was full he could not help us …. Unimpressed.”
