B&B a Texas settentrionale

“If you have ever wanted to live like the cast of Jersey Shore, then this is the place for you. No where on the listing did it say this was a shared house. We arrived pretty late because of a concert and when we arrived we were told to go to the gray door which ended up being another guests room. The bed was slept in and personal things all over. We were confused and grateful that the guest wasn’t there at the time. AWKWARD! Then took a bit to get ahold of the owner and they gave us the correct...

“My room was supposed to be a king bed with a twin sized pull out couch. Unfortunately, it was just a couch and did not pull out. The bathroom door was made of see-through glass and had large gaps on both sides of it (it was a sliding door). To make the bathroom situation worse, there was a panel of glass completely missing, so there was absolutely no privacy in the bathroom. There was just a tub, no shower. The listing stated there was a hot tub at the property, which we had planned on using,...

“Perfect small town B&B in the perfect location to walk around town or drive to the Fossil Park, Clark Gardens Botanical Center, etc.”

“Room was spacious and beautiful! Loved the grounds! Breakfast was delicious!”

“It was a cute place! Nice and quiet, we enjoyed our stay this year and will look forward to future stays.”

“This was neat house located out front of the main house. It made for a great stopover on the start of our cross-country move and the hosts were quite helpful in accommodating our large (6 people, 6 pets) group!”

“This is a beautiful space! The inside is gorgeous and decorated so nicely! We had a spacious room with a huge beautiful bathroom with lots of amenities! Howard met us for check in and gave us the tour and was so helpful with breakfast recommendations and a great host!”

“We were cooked a full breakfast the next morning, had our beds turned down with chocolates and banana bread waiting for us in our room upon arrival. I have never felt so pampered and rested and all this while enjoying the environment of a 140 year old manor. My husband needed some time away from the busy life of teenagers and now we will be back yearly.”

“Very pleasant accommodations and”

“Very tastefully decorated and trendy property. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the room and bathroom were top notch. Amenities were excellent.”

“We had a very nice stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. It was also quiet, just how we like it.”

“It's an antique home in a rural area, which put my expectations pretty low. However, they had spacious rooms, with a pleasant vibe and decorations. The bed was comfortable and the jetted tub was actually clean. I have had one of those in the past and can say that's no mean feat. My Biggest plus was the internet. I have to download and view lots of files for my work, and the bandwidth and speed was more than enough. My only regret is not being able to stay late enough to check out the...

“Great staff, food, beds, and grounds. Could use a small fridge in each room.”

“Perfect all around! Will book again.”

“Great location next to the town square. A nice view of the lake from the fire pit and balcony. Very clean and historic home. Would recommend.”
