“Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!!
When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible!
Staff were pleasant though and did their job. ”

“Happy Valley, not so happy. Very clean, smells clean beds and pillows are comfy, shower is nice with adequate water pressure. But the gentleman who checked me in heckled me a little for having a child with me for a king bed. He said it was a fire hazard. I had no idea, never heard that before.
