“The check in clerk was a bit rude when asking for a credit card for payment stating it’s the only way she could Ck us in. I wanted to clarify that I had pre pay my stay and that’s when she told me “it’s the only way to Ck in”
Yes, I understand I need to present a card but her customer service lacked customer service. In the other hand, the shuttle service was excellent and so were the waitresses in the breakfast area. ”

“L'interno dell'hotel ricordava quei vecchi hotel che si vedono in periferia nei paesini americani, con la macchina del ghiaccio nel corridoio delle camere. La camera era pulita ma con arredi molto vecchi. La colazione finiva alle 9.30 in punto, tanto che alle 9.30 sbarravano l'ingresso alla sala della colazione. Colazione molto povera e triste.... tutto piuttosto triste. Le persone alla reception erano gentilissime, unico punto positivo”

“This hotel offers a cheap yet good quality accommodation option near Phoenix downtown (~10 mins walking from the city center). The room was comfortable and silent, Wi-Fi works well. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and available for any issue. Free breakfast offered every day from 6.30 to 9.30 am.
