“Beautiful place to stay with a breathtaking view of the Chesapeake Bay from a hilltop. Has a speakeasy bar in the basement which takes you back to the 1920’s. Breakfast is very subperb!”

“our stay was perfect. everywhere was clean. the staff was so polite and professional. breakfast looked great. it ended at 9, which was too early of us to enjoy. 10 would be more like it maybe 7 - 10 instead of 6-9. the pool, workout room was clean, smelled clean. the bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows. We WILL be staying there again, and again”

There was absolutely nothing wrong with the room when we departed and I demand my deposit back as I was promised. I will be filling a complaint with the FTC and DHS if I don't get my deposit! “The hotel smelt clean and looked clean. Breakfast smelled extremely good. Even though I did not eat. It. Filled the hotel with waffle and syrup smell. The front desk people were nice. The room smelled very clean and looked very clean. The pool was nice and warm but the pool room was cold. But it was cold outside and they had the windows open”

“We had a 12 day stay here and had to ask repeatedly for clean linens and trash disposal. Had we not asked, our room would not have been touched the entire 12 days, which is inexcusable. There was rarely anyone at the desk, nor did they answer the phone when we called from our room for housekeeping service. Staff was usually sitting in a back room near the front desk, but often didn't even bother to get up to speak with customers. Since our room was on the 3rd floor, we had to use the...

“The hotel is between owners and is not staffed nor does it have any services.We have stayed before and love the quiet location on the water.Room was fine and we loved the quiet getaway as always. The hotel should be discounted off rack rates during this transition.”
