Room was not ready for us when we arrived - the shower wasn’t working, the water wasn’t hot and the pool hadn’t been cleaned or turned on. There was rubbish in the garden like broken loungers. The apartment was much darker than the pictures. The path the leads to the building is also not very clear, especially at night, so it was very hard to find. The other buildings have much better and clearer entrance ways. The lift was also broken and as a group of mostly women many of whom were over 60 that made getting bags up and down the stairs difficult. It was also hard to get hold of staff - they were nowhere to be seen most of the time and WhatsApp communication was slow / there were some communication difficulties. After some complaining and room swapping we ended up with a better room, upstairs (I do not recommend staying on the ground floor) the shower still had to be fixed and the hot water was still an issue - it was only enough for a 5minute shower - so it was difficult to wash long hair and because the weather wasn’t very warm, we all caught colds due to having cold showers.
