“Took 30 minutes and two requests for my ID from different staff to check in on a slow Tuesday afternoon. A staff member just said, “no” when i asked if she knew where i could get a bandaid. Overall, impression of staff was not especially competent or welcoming.”

“We liked the suite format of the room. Particularly for longer stays, the kitchen in the room would benefit from more than one dishwasher soap pouch, and could use hand soap, a strainer, and a vegetable peeler. We never received housekeeping service, though we stayed for five nights. Admittedly, we had a "do not disturb" sign on for several hours on several days, but this was disappointing. “We were from out of town didn’t arrive to the hotel until Tuesday morning. On Friday morning I received a call from the Gm Kim telling me she was putting my family out due to the smell of smoke in the room that’s been coming from the second floor since Monday. I assured her we didnt smoke in the room that wasn’t our floor and we didn’t arrive until Tuesday.
