“Our room was large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large and everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful with questions about the area, airport and our hotel booking. Easy access to fun in St Louis and the airport. We will definitely stay again.”

“The staff was incredibly helpful and there for any questions we had. We had a very early flight and had no problem getting someone to answer questions in the early morning before we left. Our room was very clean but the bed was uncomfortable and the room was hot. The AC was on and blowing cold air and set to 70° but it was still really stuffy in the room.”

“The property was very clean except the gym The treadmill was very dusty and evidence of sweat all over it that was never wiped off for the 3 days I used the gym (weights only). Also, there was a water bottle sitting in the exact same place by the treadmill all 3 days. But outside of the gym, everything else was very clean staff at the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating. My room was excellent!”

“Every time we come to St. Louis, we stay at this hotel. I feel safe here.The rooms are spacious and clean and I always have a beautiful view of the parking lot. Ha. Being from California, the only thing I'm not a fan of is the cigarette smell.... But we do not smell it in the room. The prices are great and we are not that far from downtown.”

“It was a simple stay, I didn’t spend much time at the hotel but they were quick with no issues. I might have left my white button up in the closet. But overall everything was fine.”

“Great hotel! The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. The pool and gym area was very peaceful! The hotel rooms were clean, I would recommend leaving more towels in the hotel rooms though. We only received more and had to request more. But, other than that I have no complaints.”

“Our room was large and clean with a kitchenette. It had a strong food odor and there were dishes left in the dishwasher. Breakfast was barely edible.”

“There are 2 towers. Sunset Tower is old original one, it's not well maintained. Sealings are low, ventilation was not working, paint is chipping off the door frame, shower knob was wiggling and then completely came off in the middle of night, so we could not shower afterwards. Other tower is new and much better. Stay away from Sunset Tower.”

“The outside of the hotel is a bit decrepit. The floor was very uneven in the room with transitions... The shower drain was broken so the tub wouldn't drain even with the plug propped open. The tub was well above the floor so it was like stepping down stairs - incredibly dangerous for anyone... the toilet barely flushed. You'll get what you pay for this location; I wpuld choose another place.”
